The 20th century expectation was to be able to stay with the same company from career start to finish, gradually climbing the career ladder. That expectation has changed and Goldman Sachs CEO David Solomon says that Millennials and post-millenials shouldn’t always expect to know where they are headed next, according to a recent article in Business Insider.
